On the left bank of Chitrakoot Falls is a small Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and several naturally built pools and caves. These caves are known as Parvati caves.
Chitrakoot Waterfalls is located near the Kanger Valley National Park. Apart from this, another waterfall Tirathgarh waterfall is located at a distance from it.

Apart from Chitrakoot Waterfalls, the Teerthgarh waterfall is a wonderful place that should not be forgotten on this journey. 36 km from Jagdalpur on the opposite side of Tirthagarh Chitrakoot Waterfalls. It is situated far away. A 6 km trek through the Kanger Valley National Park to reach the waterfall. The extremely scenic route is an enjoyable journey for every nature lover.
4. 300 meters long exciting caves of Kutumsar
While returning from Jagdalpur you will find Kutusar caves near Tirathgarh waterfall. These caves are located in the Kanger Valley National Park and were discovered only two decades ago. These caves are considered the largest in Asia and the 7th largest in the world. The caves are filled with water during the months of June to August so no one can enter them. But they can be enjoyed in other months of the year.
5. Visit Kailash Cave with guide
Another cave can be visited inside the Kanger Valley National Park. Kailash cave is a 100 meter long cave located on a hill inside the park. A stone structure in the shape of a Shivling at the deep end of the cave holds religious significance for the locals. This cave is a religious site for Hindus across the country.
